Our Madeleines are made with gluten free oat meal, peanut butter, cinnamon, honey, eggs and coconut oil.
The cakes stay nice and spongy for about a week but they keep good up to 3 weeks.
If you keep them refrigerated, take out the Madeleine 15 minutes before serving.
